Reels
Mon Plast has been present for more than 35 years in the plywood and plastic reel sector, serving the largest cable manufacturing companies both domestically and abroad.
The reels we produce are recyclable and particularly suitable for winding electrical cables, elastic and rigid tapes, ropes, profiles, chains, zippers, etc.

Monflex™ is our brand dedicated to the production of polypropylene conduits for electrical systems. Our commitment is to offer cutting-edge solutions in the sector, supported by extensive experience and an approach focused on quality and innovation. With Monflex™, you have access to a wide range of high-tech polypropylene conduits designed to ensure reliable performance and safety in electrical systems.
Quality Standards
MON PLAST obtained CSQ – ISO 9001 certification in 2008 for the production and marketing of thermoplastic products, wood and cardboard reels, and since 2011 for the production and marketing of empty and pre-wired corrugated polypropylene conduits, both self-recovering and self-extinguishing.
Defining Quality
Quality is a system oriented toward customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, MON PLAST has adopted the COP – Customer-Oriented Process – to identify and satisfy customer needs. To best manage the Customer-Oriented Process, MON PLAST has established a Quality Management System (QMS), through which it collects and records data and information on incoming materials, the necessary sequences and interactions between processes, and final information to ensure the desired results. From the data collection, it is possible to evaluate critical points of each process. All people operating within the company are involved in achieving continuous improvement.
Quality Management
Quality improvement includes control. General Management participates in the development, implementation, and improvement of our QMS in a tangible way:
• establishes our Quality policy;
documents and communicates the importance of meeting and exceeding all applicable requirements, including worker health and safety, customer requests, and regulations through the continuous improvement of our processes;
• ensures that our policy is understood, implemented, and maintained by all personnel through periodic reviews of the status and improvement of objectives;
• communicates and explains objectives during information, training, and review meetings with personnel.
Certifications
Safety
Mon Plast, in collaboration with General Management and the Safety Representative, defines and guarantees the workplace conditions necessary to ensure quality and safety in the work environment, seeking to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. Workers’ health is protected through health surveillance carried out by the appointed physician and through the provision of personal protective equipment.
Refresher courses in fire fighting and first aid are held periodically to ensure appropriate action when needed.
All suppliers and contractors performing any activity at our company have received and countersigned for acknowledgment the Single Interference Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI), which covers internal risks and safety and environmental provisions.
